In this episode we chat with motion designer & art director Casey Latiolais about his career. He tells us about the striking differences between working at a small boutique studio and a large corporate tech company. We touch upon how the culture varies drastically between bigger and smaller companies, and how one might navigate through the bureaucracy and politics of a large company. We also talk about the future of the motion industry and some of the changes we anticipate happening. Casey also touches upon his experience being more of a leader and how he fosters growth within his team, and builds a strong culture.
